Wipe lips with wet tissue. Apply generously with fingers and gently massage for about 30 seconds. No harm if swallowed. You may want to apply twice or thrice a day.

Pulls and retains water in the lips, helping them replenish and appear plump.

Cetyl Alcohol:

A safe emulsifier that keeps water, oils, and butters together in cream form.

Sorbic acid:
